What type of workout is it?

This workout is for men and women at all fitness levels, combining cardio, Yoga, Pilates and athletic training.

I haven’t worked out in years and I’m out of shape, I’m a little concerned that this will be too difficult for me, can I try a class without commitments?

Yes, there are no commitments. We will show you variations of exercises to prevent injuries. We inform you to take it down a level if it becomes too difficult.

When do you meet?

We meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the Montclair Brookdale track from 6 am to 7 am.

On Sundays we meet at the Watchung school playground on North Fullerton and Fairfield st. from 7:30 am to 8:30 am.

Do you meet when it raining?

We do not work out under extreme weather conditions. If it’s light precipitation then we’re on!

Do I have to take all the classes?

No, classes do not have to be taken consecutively. Show up as often as you can to get results. They expire within the year.

How long is the workout?

It’s an hour workout.

What do I bring?

You would need a yoga mat, 3lbs weights, (5lbs - 10lbs for men), a jump rope and water.

How much does is cost?

Fees are $10 for a single class, $7 if you purchase 10 classes.

How do take  payment?

Cash or check, made out to Liz Samuel or Bernadette McLoughlin. You can bring your check to class, with a completed registration form.

Can I sign up now?

Yes, it’s open enrollment. If you complete 10 classes within a session and you reenroll, you’ll get one class for free.

Can I try a class?

Yes, first class is free! Registration is required prior to the first class. A waiver must be signed. (Registration will be available soon on the site) email, realbodybootcamp@gmail.com to request a form.

How do I know if the class is on or cancelled?

Check our blog. We post information when the class is cancelled. We usually stick to schedule.
