When: Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6 - 7am, Brookdale park, Track - left.
Sunday 7:30- 8:30 am, Watchung School Playground
What to bring: Yoga mat, 3-5 lb weights, towel, jump rope & water. Registration forms and payments for beginners will be collected as well.

I have been doing Bernie and Liz’s workout for almost a year. It is amazing and you can’t beat the price. It makes me feel great and I am in good shape now. I hated it when they suspended workouts in the winter because it was so cold. I am glad they are back.
Today was EXACTLY what I needed after days of hunching over a computer and eating poorly. I feel totally renewed!
Bernie, if you work us like that every session we’ll be able to produce our own Real Body Workout Swimsuit issue soon : )

I loved it. My body is in shock from the two great workouts I’ve attended. The leg work out was my favorite and very innovative. I know more workouts like that will help me reach my goal. Drank two bottles of water this moring!!! Big hug and many thanks for your guidance on gettin this Mama’s bod back:)
