Okay, let’s rev things up!  This weather has kept us down but we will move it and shake it tomorrow at Brookdale!!! Be there at 6am with mat, weights, water and towel.  I will be bringing the new Real Body Bootcamp tees with me so if you want to purchase they are $12.  We have S, M and L.  Check back here in the morning if you are unsure of weather keeping us away.
