Bring your mats, weights, water, and towel. In a week we will be adding our boxing classes! Training starts tomorrow! We will be at our usual location, left center field.

We’re back at Verona Park tomorrow and we’re gonna rock this park!  It’s such a beautiful setting and we’re creating beautiful bodies–what a great match!! 
See you there at 6am at the circle at the southend of the park.  Park your car on Lakeside Ave.  Bring weights, water, mat and towel.
