Monday Run and Cardio Blast! Montclair Bootcamp!!!
Hey Bootcampers! It’s that time again–Monday–time to start the week off on the right foot! So we’re going to take it for a run since it is meant to be pretty mild again. After a run, we’ll come indoors and kick it for some cardio! Then it’s toning and stretching. Bring your mat, weights, water and a desire to feel great! We’re so proud of those who lost weight last week and we want you to look and feel your best so let’s keep that going!
