Real Body Bootcamp Presents the Fat Burning Fusion Workout

To get the most results out of your workout follow this routine.
This can be done in the privacy of your home or outdoors.
What you’ll need, 3-5lb weights, a yoga mat and water.

EXERCISE REPS/OR DURATION EXERCISE TYPE
Light jog in place 5-10 minutes Cardio
Jumping jacks 2 minutes Cardio
Down dog 20 seconds Stretch
Jog with high knees 1 minute Cardio
Push ups 10 rep Upper body
Plank Hold 20 seconds Total body
Mountain Climber 1 minute Total body
Ankle hops 30 reps Lower body
Plyo jacks 10 reps Lower body
Bicep curls/lunge, r/l leg 30 reps Arms/legs/tail
Upright row, with lunge, r/l leg 30 reps Legs
Jog in place w/weights 1 minutes Cardio/Arms
Crunches/Knees to elbow 30 reps Abs
Right-side plank push up 20 reps Obliques
Left-side plank push up 20 reps Obliques

Cool down with a sun salutation.
Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the workout. When you’re moving from the floor to a standing exercise, please make sure move one vertebrae at a time.
