Real Body Bootcamp is a workout for Men and Women, combining high impact cardio, strength training, yoga and pilates. It also incorporates sports drills from soccer to football and track to maximize endurance and coordination.
Three days a week we offer an hour of fitness to fit your lifestyle! It’s more than just your average gym workout! Real Body will help you make real changes to your body and achieve real results.
Trainers: Bernadette McLoughlin and Liz Samuel
When: Mondays 5:45, Wednesdays 6am, Fridays 5:45, Saturday 8am.
Where: Brookdale Park, Track, Montclair, NJ
Saturdays at Watchung Playground.
