Real Body Kids Bootcamp
REAL BODY KIDS
The brand new and exciting Real Body Kids Bootcamp will provide a one hour full of fitness and fun; your child will enjoy playful obstacle courses, sports drills, dance, movement games and much more. All of this will increase your child’s physical fitness level, burn energy and increase stamina. Further your child will develop; flexibility, balance, coordination, strength and learn effective ways to follow directions, respect themselves and others and most importantly learn self discipline.
The program is for children from the ages of 5-7 and 7-10.
They will be involved in circuit drills, introduction to yoga poses, dance games and more. A typical Kids Bootcamp class will have a warm up that will consist of enjoyable name games and easy to follow directions just to get the blood circulation going. The core of the class will contain; aerobic activities such as manipulating the jump rope, jumps with the agility ladder and even Hula-cise to build core support. Follow by strengthening exercises, which will be introduced in a cheerful manner, such as push-ups and sit ups to increase upper body strength. We will use props such as cones, foam balls, agility ladder, mats in our circuit training portion of the class. To finalize, the core part of our class will include dance games all kids love. This will include simple movements and basic dance steps that are performed in a group. This will not only teach kids to find their balance, coordination, it will also teach them to work as a group. We will play songs such as the Chacha slide, chicken noodle soup, Hokey Pokey and we will play freeze dance with famous kids artist such as; Justin Bieber, Miranda Cosgrove, Hannah Montana and much more. Last but not least, they will be lead into simple stretching and relaxation technique exercises in which we will slowly introduce them to Yoga Poses.

All this will help them improve their motor skills while having a great time. In times where our kids just watch TV and play video games, we all know that what they really need is to socialize, exercise and learn at a very early age the importance of intrinsic values of living a healthy and happy life.
